A nicely toned tetradrachm from Leontini

SICILY. Leontini. Circa 450-440 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 17.18 g, 12 h). Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. ΛEO-N-TI-NO-N Head of a lion with open jaws to right; around, four barley grains. Boehringer, Münzgeschichte, 37 (same obverse die). HGC 2, 667. SNG ANS 225-7 (same obverse die). Nicely toned. The obverse struck from a slightly worn die and with an old scrape, otherwise, very fine.
